Cocoa Kisses

A recipe for
Christmas,
Easter, or other holidays.
3 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon of tartar
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
Beat egg white until foamy. Add cream of tartar;
beat until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in sugar.
Beat until stiff. Fold in cocoa. Drop batter by
level teaspoonful on oil sprayed cookie sheets. Bake
at 275 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes. Cool. Makes 8
dozen.
