This makes a great side dish for Valentine's Day
and
Easter.
2 cans of green beans (do not drain)
1 Tbs. chopped prosciutto
1 shallot, chopped
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbs. oil
1/2 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
In a pot add all ingredients, mix well. Bring to a
boil then simmer on medium low for 45 minutes to 1
hour.
