2 lb. shrimp
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream
8 oz. can sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/8 c. sherry
Boil shrimp, shell & devein. Mix remaining
ingredients, heat over medium heat. Add cooked
shrimp, bring to temperature do not boil! Serve over
rice or noodles. Serves 8.
