3 ripe bananas
1 cup chopped dates
1/4 cup vegetable, canola or sunflower oil
4 cups regular oatmeal (NOT instant or quick oats)
1/3 Tbsp vanilla
Mix all ingredients together; let set 15 minutes.
Drop by tablespoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for
approximately 20 minutes or until slightly brown on
top.
